Pistono and Lee Claim Victory at Insperity Invitational Tour Championship!

HOUSTON, TX (July 20-22, 2025) The second annual Insperity Invitational Tour Championship, hosted by the Srixon Prestige Tour, wrapped up after two exciting days at Champions Golf Club (Jackrabbit) in Houston, Texas. Back for its second year, this elite event celebrates the top performers from the Srixon Prestige Tour season—bringing together 76 of the best junior golfers for a true championship showdown.

More than just a title was on the line. Thanks to the Srixon Prestige Tour’s partnership with the Legends Junior Tour via the Texas Junior Golf Alliance, the stakes were high. The champions of both the boys’ and girls’ divisions earned Fully Exempt Status on the Legends Junior Tour—beginning this September and carrying through the 2026 summer season!

Payson Pistono set the tone early with a first-round eagle on Hole 12, laying the foundation for a wire-to-wire victory. In Round Two, she strung together 11 straight pars and closed with a bogey-free back nine, staying steady under pressure to secure the win. Pistono’s consistent play earned her the title of Girls 13-18 Division Champion!

Pistono said, “Yesterday couldn’t have gone any better, and today was tougher. I had ‘One Shot at a Time’ written on my wrist, and every time I needed a boost, I looked down at it. It kept me steady and focused through the round.

Ryan Lee returned to the Insperity Invitational with unfinished business—and this time, he got it done. After finishing runner-up in last year’s event, Lee fired back-to-back rounds of 69 with a bogey-free front nine in Round Two and seven birdies total across the tournament. With a tournament total of 138 (-4), Ryan Lee is your Boys 13-18 Division Champion!

Lee said, "There’s been a lot of hard work between last year and now, and I’ve had a great summer where things have been trending in the right direction. It feels amazing to finally get this win. Throughout the journey, I’ve learned a lot—especially about patience and gratitude."

A huge thank you to our title sponsor, the Insperity Invitational, for their continued commitment to growing the game of golf across Southern Texas—and for being more than just a premier event on the PGA TOUR Champions!

We’re also incredibly grateful to the members of Champions Golf Club, PGA General Manager Russell Roten, and the entire staff for helping us provide this unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience for our players.

And of course, we want to say a massive thank you to our Prestige Tour title partner, Srixon. Your support makes everything we do possible!
