Your thoughtful feedback is incredibly valuable and will play an important role in shaping the future of the Srixon Prestige Tour. We have heard your voices clearly and understand that AJGA PBE opportunities, strong communication, pace of play, tee gifts, and the overall tournament experience remain top priorities for our players and families. Srixon Prestige Tour Champions - May May kicked off in thrilling fashion in Fredericksburg at the Wildflower Classic hosted at Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course. Gavin Martinez of San Antonio, TX caught fire early and never cooled off, firing rounds of 2-under and 1-under to finish 3-under overall and capture his third Boys 11-14 title of the year. In the Boys 15-18 division, Marco Baima of Boerne, TX delivered a statement performance with back-to-back rounds of 68 to secure his first victory of the season. On the girls’ side, Rylen Darter of Taylor, TX dominated the field from the start, building a commanding six-shot lead on her way to claiming the first Overall Girls title of her career. The Srixon Prestige Tour then traveled north to Burnet for the Fore! Challenge at Delaware Springs Golf Course. Despite soggy weather forcing the tournament into a one-day, 36-hole showdown, the competition delivered nonstop excitement. Hayes Pethel of Belton, TX rose to the occasion, shooting 3-under par to earn his first career Boys 11-14 victory. Marco Baima of Boerne, TX stayed red-hot in the Boys 15-18 division, backing up an incredible opening-round 64 with a 69 to capture his second win of May. Katelyn Allen of Montgomery, TX put together rounds of 1-under and even par to secure her first Overall Girls win of the year and the second victory of her career. At the same time in Brenham, The Fairway Roundup at Brenham Country Club battled challenging wet conditions that also transformed the event into a one-day, 36-hole test. Andrew Moreno II of Austin, TX surged up the leaderboard with a clutch second-round 75 to claim his first career Boys 11-14 title. Andrew Bird of Nacogdoches, TX electrified the course with a scorching back-nine 32 in the final round to earn his second Boys 15-18 win of the season. Veronika Germain of Houston, TX stood strong against a talented field, battling her way to her first Overall Girls victory of the year and the third win of her career. August Registration Summer is far from over, and the biggest finish of the season is still ahead! Registration for August Srixon Prestige Tour events officially opens on June 2nd at 9:00 AM, and spots are expected to fill quickly. Set those alarms, get ready, and lock in your place for an unforgettable month of championship golf across Texas. The following events open for registration on June 2nd: ● Creekside Clash (August 3-4) – Vaaler Creek Golf Club ● STPGA Challenge (August 10-11) – BlackHorse Golf Club (North) ● Surf & Turf New Braunfels Showcase (August 15-16) – Landa Park Golf Course ● Vortech Contracting H-Town Showdown (August 29-30) – Quail Valley Golf Course (El Dorado) The countdown is on. Mark your calendars, be ready at 9:00 AM on June 2nd, and don’t miss your chance to compete on the Srixon Prestige Tour this August. The Insperity Tour Championship We are officially less than TWO months away from the 2026 The Insperity Tour Championship, the biggest event of the year! The excitement continues to build as more and more players secure their spot in this premier championship event. Haven’t locked in your invitation yet? There is still time to earn your place in the field. All events through the Summer Showdown on June 22-23 will count toward earning an invite, followed by one final opportunity at our Last Chance Qualifiers: • Space City Challenge (July 13-14) – Magnolia Creek Golf Club (England/Scotland) • Sunshine and Swing Challenge (July 13-14) – Hill Country Golf Club (Lakes/Creeks) As a reminder, players who received invitations between April 6th and May 18th must register by Monday, June 8th at 11:59 PM. If no action has been taken by the deadline, we will unfortunately need to release your child’s spot to the next eligible player.
