LAKE CHARLES, LA (November 11–12, 2023) - The Srixon Billiard Factory Prestige Tour held the 2023 Lake Charles Fall Classic at Mallard Golf Club over the weekend. Players had to battle some cold and rainy conditions on Saturday during round one, but it cleared up for better weather day two as some low scores were posted across the board.
Kye Hanks out of Lake Charles, LA secured the first place finish after going low with a 67 in round one despite the conditions. Hanks went into day two with a four stroke lead and battled through the second round shooting 72 (E) which helped him secure the win by two strokes.
Daniela Palmeros took home the trophy for the girls division as she led wire-to-wire throughout the weekend. Palmeros shot 70 (-2) on day one and 74 (+2) on day two to land her even through 36 holes en route to a comfortable three stroke win. This was Pameros’ fourth career Prestige Tour win and was her first appearance on the tour since 2021.
