Fredericksburg, TX (May 16-17, 2026) –   The Srixon Prestige Tour traveled to Fredericksburg this past weekend for the 2026 Wildflower Classic, hosted at Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course! Even with tough weather conditions setting the stage, our junior golfers rose to the occasion against a competitive field and displayed their standout skills.

Marco Baima Claims Boys 15–18 Title at the Wildflower Classic


Marco Baima put together a steady and impressive performance to capture the title in the Boys 15–18 Division. After opening with a 68 to sit in second place after round one, Baima stayed consistent on day two, carding another 68 to climb to the top of the leaderboard and finish the tournament at 6-under par. His strong play throughout the weekend was highlighted by recording 31 pars, the most in his age division, showcasing his consistency from start to finish. His performance earned him the tournament title along with an exemption into the Hannon-Fields Junior Invitational on the Legends Junior Tour!

Rylen Darter Claims Girls 15-18 & Overall Title at the Wildflower Classic


Rylen Darter delivered a strong and consistent performance to claim both the Girls 15–18 Division title and Overall Champion honors. Darter opened the tournament with an impressive 72 to hold the lead after round one and remained steady on day two, carding another 72 to finish the weekend at 2-over par. Her final round was highlighted by four birdies, the most in her division, helping her secure the victory from start to finish. With her win, Darter also earned an exemption into the Hannon-Fields Junior Invitational on the Legends Junior Tour!

Gavin Martinez Claims Boys 11-14 Title at the Wildflower Classic


Gavin Martinez added another Srixon Prestige Tour victory to his resume with a strong performance to win the Boys 11–14 Division title. Martinez opened the tournament with an impressive 69 to take the lead after round one and remained in control on day two, carding a 70 to finish the weekend at 3-under par. His steady play and ability to make birdies proved to be the difference, as he recorded nine birdies over the two rounds, the most in his division. Martinez continued to showcase why he is one of the top young players on the Srixon Prestige Tour with another impressive win under his belt.

Pippa Fikes Claims Girls 11-14 Title at the Wildflower Classic


Pippa Fikes continued her impressive season with another victory in the Girls 11–14 Division while also finishing second overall in the tournament. Fikes delivered a steady two-round performance, carding matching rounds of 75 to finish the weekend with consistency from start to finish. Over the two days, she recorded 26 pars, showcasing her composure and control throughout the competition. Another strong showing adds yet another title under Fikes’ belt on the Srixon Prestige Tour.

New Braunfels, TX (August 15-16, 2026) – The Srixon Prestige Tour traveled to New Braunfels, Texas, for the Surf & Turf New Braunfels Showcase at Landa Park Golf Course, where players took on a competitive two-day championship. With great weather throughout the event, the field had ideal conditions to showcase their skills and battle for the top spots. Players delivered strong performances from start to finish, with steady play and impressive moments shaping the leaderboard across both rounds. As the competition came down to the final holes, the talented field once again showcased the skill, determination and competitive spirit that define the Srixon Prestige Tour. Plenty of Golf Still This Fall at the STPGA!

Spring, TX - Summer may be winding down, but there is still plenty of golf ahead at the Southern Texas PGA! With opportunities to qualify for Team STPGA, championship events, Drive, Chip & Putt competition and more than 100 events remaining across STPGA Junior Golf programs, the fall season is set to be an exciting one. Qualify for the Bayou Cup The road to the Bayou Cup continues this fall as junior golfers compete for the opportunity to represent Team STPGA. Players still have opportunities to earn their spot and compete alongside some of the top junior golfers in Southern Texas. Below are the upcoming events where players can earn an exemption toward a spot on Team STPGA for this year’s Bayou Cup. Cypress, TX (August 10-11, 2026) – The Srixon Prestige Tour stayed in Houston for the STPGA Challenge at BlackHorse Golf Club, where players took on a competitive two-day championship. Round one brought challenging conditions and rain delays, but the field remained focused and made the most of every opportunity once play resumed. Despite the interruptions, players delivered strong performances throughout the opening round before returning for day two ready to finish strong. From steady play to clutch moments down the stretch, the talented field once again showcased the resilience and determination that define the Srixon Prestige Tour. STPGA JUNIOR GOLF CROWNS 15 CHAMPIONS TO CLOSE OUT SUMMER SEASON

307 Junior Golfers from across Southern Texas earned their way to the Championship after playing in countless events all summer long. THE WOODLANDS, TX (AUGUST 6, 2026) - The Southern Texas PGA Junior Golf Program wrapped up the summer season for 2026 with a record-breaking 307 player field at the annual STPGA Junior Championship. Hosted at The Woodlands Country Club – Palmer Course for the 13th time, 15 Champions were crowned across our three programs of Little Linksters, Junior Links, and Junior Tour. The extraordinary talent and sportsmanship on display all week long serve as an ongoing inspiration for aspiring junior golfers. The event started with a bang with the yearly “Carnival Day” on Monday, giving our junior golfers and families the opportunity to have some summertime fun before the competition began. In true carnival fashion, there were so many activities that it was hard to hit everything!
