PT Recap: Prestige Tour Open

Spring, TX (August 11-12) - With the closing of the 2025 PT Summer Season, STPGA Junior Golf hosted the Prestige Tour Open at Gleannloch Golf Club. As a surprise, the boys' champion would receive the last exemption into the 2025 Bayou Cup at Big Easy Ranch in December.

Fowlkes' Impressive Twelfth Career Win

London Fowlkes (Porter, TX) had an impressive performance during the Prestige Tour Open. As an experienced junior golfer, Fowlkes enters her final year with STPGA with another win under her belt; shooting nine birdies and holding the lead through both rounds. After the tournament, Fowlkes says that she "played with her heart" in order to feel confident in her game.

Janik Hits Every Fairway in Gleannloch

Luke Janik (Katy, TX) took the title of boys' champion at the Prestige Tour Open with eleven birdies and a score of 136 (68, 68). When asked about his consistency, Janik said that this tournament his drive was "absolutely pure" and "hitting all the fairways". Like Fowlkes, Janik also held the lead for both rounds.
