Claire McMyler Claims First Prestige Tour Title
Claire McMyler captured her first Prestige Tour victory with consistent rounds of 69 on both days. She closed out the tournament strong, going two under on the back nine and carding five birdies in the final round. The win marks a memorable breakthrough in her Prestige Tour journey.
Mateo Tamez Wins First Prestige Tour Event
Mateo Tamez put together rounds of 69 on both days to finish at 138 and claim his first Prestige Tour victory. Across the two days, he rolled in 10 birdies and played steady golf, going three under on the front nine the first day and two under on the front the next. The win not only marks his first of the year, but also a big step forward in his Prestige Tour run.
Jordan Thomas Claims Boys 13–14 Division Title
Jordan Thomas posted rounds of 75 and 71 to win the Boys 13–14 Division at the Sun City Showdown. His consistent play at Brackenridge Park Golf Course earned him the division crown and the Boys 13–14 exemption, securing his spot on the 2025 Bayou Cup team this December at Big Easy Ranch.
