- The Srixon Billiard Factory Prestige Tour held the Surf & Turf New Braunfels Showcase this past weekend at Landa Park Golf Course. An incredible event and first official day of Fall did not stop this competition from heating up.
Charlie Hubbard from Austin, TX took home the title in the Boys Overall 13-18 Division shootings tournament with a total of 7-under. Hubbard jumped out to an early lead scoring a 66 (-5) in round one before capping off the win with a 69 (-2) in round two. The win is his first this season and second all time since joining the Prestige Tour in 2022.
Addison Kerkau out of San Antonio, TX took home the win for the Girls Overall 13-18 Division by eight strokes after a +1 second round. Kerkau posted a 36-hole score of 146 (+4) on her way to her first place finish. This is her first win of the season and has finished in the top 15 in all four appearances in 2023.
