Both winners showed skill and resilience over two challenging rounds of golf, with Jules Mahan securing her second consecutive victory and Federico Montaner claiming his second Prestige Tour title!
Jules Mahan Captures Back-to-Back Wins
Jules Mahan from San Antonio, TX, celebrated her second consecutive Prestige Tour victory at The Bearkat Cup. She carded a (+10) 81 in the first round and came back strong with a (+5) 76 in the second, totaling 157 strokes. Jules recorded par or better on 15 holes during the final round, underscoring her steady play. Having already secured her exemption to the 2025 Texas Girls Invitational at the Fredericksburg Open, Jules’s latest win highlights her impressive momentum on the tour!
Federico Montaner Takes His Second Prestige Tour Title
Federico Montaner from Spring, TX, earned his second Prestige Tour title with an impressive performance in the final round. He posted a (+4) 75 in the first round, then rallied with a stellar (-2) 69 in the second round, finishing with a total of 144 strokes. Federico’s steady play was evident, with par or better on 17 holes in the second round, earning him the win and an exemption to the 2025 Texas Cup Invitational!
