Exciting Future Host Site Announcement!

The Insperity Invitational Tour Championship will be Hosted at Champions Golf Club in 2025

SPRING, TX (October 10, 2024) – After a successful inaugural year of the Insperity Invitational Tour Championship for the Srixon Billiard Factory Prestige Tour, the STPGA is excited to announce that the historical Champions Golf Club in Houston, TX will host next year’s event on July 21-22. Champions Golf Club has served as host to some of the game’s greatest stages, including the U.S. Amateur, U.S. Open, U.S. Women’s Open, and the Ryder Cup.

“Champions Golf Club is a special place within the game of golf, and we know this Championship will add to its great history,” said Thomas Hutton, Executive Director.

We would like to thank PGA General Manager Russell Roten and his entire team at Champions Golf Club for allowing us to give our players this once in a lifetime opportunity! We would also like to say a massive thank you to our title sponsor, Insperity Invitational, as they continue to demonstrate their devotion to growing the game of golf in Southern Texas!

To continue recognizing the success of our juniors, the tournament field will consist largely of Srixon Billiard Factory Prestige Tour Champions from 2024 and 2025. In addition to our Champions, the field will be bolstered by our top 3 boys and girls from the respective 2024 and 2025 Insperity Invitational Points Lists to recognize the consistent play of many of our great competitors.

The 2024 Insperity Invitational Tour Championship was contested on August 5-6, 2024, at Barton Creek Resort & Spa (Lakeside) following a tournament reschedule due to Hurricane Beryl. This inaugural event featured fierce competition in which Kaden Frierson of Austin, Tx and Bowen Lan of Austin, Tx emerged victorious, claiming the championship title and fully exempt status on the Legends Junior Tour.

We are also very excited to announce that again in 2025, the winners from the Boys 13-18 and Girls 13-18 will earn fully exempt status on the Legends Junior Tour for 1 year! This status will begin September 1, 2025, and carry through August 31, 2026.

We look forward to another fantastic year on the Srixon Billiard Factory Prestige Tour and to the 2nd playing of the Insperity Invitational Tour Championship!
