Harris County, TX (August 10-11, 2024) - This past weekennd the Srixon Billiard Factory Prestige Tour hosted the Vortech Contracting Championship at Gleannloch Pines Golf Club. Both players took home the title after playing two solid rounds of golf!
Katelyn Davis, from Kingwood, TX, secured her first-ever Prestige Tour win after two consistent rounds of golf. She shot a score of (+3) 74 during the first round and improved in the second round with a (+2) 73. Her combined scores for the weekend totaled (+5) 147, qualifying her for the 2024 Texas Junior Golf Alliance Invitational.
Blake Harwell from League City, TX has claimed his second consecutive Prestige Tour win! He scored five birdies throughout the tournament, finishing with a (-3) 68 in round one and a (-2) 69 in round two. Harwell's total score of (-5) 137 has secured him a spot in the 2024 Texas Junior Golf Alliance Invitational.
