PT Recap: ATX Showcase

Georgetown, TX (February 7-8, 2026) –  This weekend, the Srixon Prestige Tour held the ATX Showcase at Legacy Hills Golf Club in Georgetown, TX. Junior golfers were able to take advantage of the warm weather and stellar facilities for yet another successful tournament! Read below for more information on the winners.

Hudson Burell Claims Boys 15–18 Title at the ATX Showcase

Hudson Burell's impressive round two performance catapulted him into the winning position over the weekend. Burell shot a 67 on day two, the best score of any golfer throughout the tournament, and had 9 of 12 total birdies on Sunday. His play elevated him from fourth to first place, giving him the boost needed to claim the title.

Lora Kim Claims Girls Overall Title at the ATX Showcase


Lora Kim captured the Girls 11-14 and Overall Girls Title with a strong performance in round one. Kim strung together five birdies on Saturday, including three in a row on holes 5-7, to finish the round one over par. She maintained her lead through round two, holding off her competitors for the victory.

Beckett McLaughlin Claims Boys 11-14 Title at the ATX Showcase


Beckett McLaughlin secured the win in the Boys 11-14 division with a strong performance on day two. McLaughlin shot a 67 with six birdies on Sunday, scoring four under on the back nine. His stellar closing play was enough to lift him into first place to close the tournament on top.

Syler Schones Claims Girls 15-18 Title at the ATX Showcase


Syler Schones had a consistent performance through both rounds to earn her the win in the Girls 15-18 Division over the weekend. Shooting 76 both days, she also carded three birdies to come out on top of a highly competitive race for the trophy.

PT Recap: Visit Lake Charles Spring Classic

Lake Charles, LA (March 21-22, 2026) – The Srixon Prestige Tour continued its spring season with the Visit Lake Charles Spring Classic, held in Lake Charles, Louisiana, as junior golfers competed in another exciting event. With great weather throughout the tournament, players were able to showcase their skills and shot-making ability across both rounds, delivering a strong and competitive field from start to finish. This year marked our fourth time returning to Lake Charles, a community that continues to provide an outstanding championship setting for our junior golfers. It also marked our fourth year partnering with the Louisiana Junior Golf Tour and PGA Gulf States, a collaboration that continues to grow the game and create valuable opportunities for players across the region. A big thank you to Contraband Bayou Golf Club, our players and parents, Visit Lake Charles, the LJGT, our Title Partner Srixon, and all of our staff who helped make the tournament a success. PT Recap: Rocket City Open

Cypress, TX (March 16-17, 2026) – The Srixon Prestige Tour continued its spring season with the Rocket City Open, held March 16–17, as junior golfers took on a competitive field in another exciting Monday–Tuesday event. Battling through challenging conditions, players faced strong winds and cold temperatures that tested their resilience and shot-making across both rounds. Despite the harsh weather, the event showcased incredible determination and high-level play from start to finish. PT Recap: Shootout in the Hills

Spicewood, TX (March 16-17, 2026) – The Srixon Prestige Tour returned for another Monday-Tuesday event with the 2026 Shootout in the Hills, held at Lakecliff Golf Club. With multiple exemptions on the line, junior golfers faced a competitive field and up-and-down weather conditions that made for an exciting two days of golf.
